One of the delights as your baby heads past the six month mark is watching them begin to interact with the world around them. Poking at this, turning that upside down, playing 'boo', all of these mini-milestones make this age tons of fun – and tons of work!
With all of this gorgeous interactiveness come the stirrings of independence, when your little one recognises that you and they are not one, but two, separate beings. As they reconcile this, your baby might start to push boundaries. It is best to be patient; they are still too little to fully understand and are just trying to understand what makes the world tick.
