With their trademark inquisitiveness and wriggly body, it is often hard to get your baby to concentrate on eating; consequently you may end up worried that they are not eating enough.  So what is enough for a growing six month old body?  Well, you will be pleased to know at this stage it is still only around two to four tablespoons per meal, but if your little one is eating less than that, don't worry – your baby has a good gauge of when they are hungry and when they are full.
