Banana Mango Zucchini and Spinach with Mash

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g potato, peeled and diced
  • 1 broccoli floret, chopped
  • 1x 120g pouch HEINZ Banana Mango Zucchini & Spinach
  • Finely grated cheese, for serving

Method

Step 1

Place potato into a small saucepan, cover with water and bring to the boil. Cook for 6-8 minutes then add broccoli. Cook vegetables a further 2-3 minutes until both are tender. Drain, reserving a little of the cooking water.

Step 2

Using a handheld blender or food processor, puree vegetables until a smooth consistency is achieved. Add a little of the cooking water if required.

Step 3

Warm Heinz® pouch and pour between 2 serving dishes. Top with mashed vegetables and cheese. Serve one portion and refrigerate other for another meal.
Tip
Substitute potato with sweet potato or carrot.
