Cook potato in a saucepan of boiling water for 8 minutes. Add zucchini and cook a further 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain, reserving cooking water.
Puree potatoes and zucchini using a handheld blender or food processor. Add a little milk or cooking water if required to achieve desired consistency.
Pour Heinz® pouch into an ovenproof dish and top with mashed potato and zucchini. Sprinkle with cheese and cook at 180°C for 8-10 minutes until heated through. Check temperature before serving. 4. Use a portion to feed baby, then refrigerate remainder for another meal, or freeze for later use.
