Chicken Sweetcorn and Mango with Quinoa

Step 1

Cook carrot and sweet potato in a saucepan of boiling water for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving cooking liquid.

Step 2

Puree vegetables using a handheld blender or a food processor. Add a little of the reserved cooking water to ensure a smooth consistency.

Step 3

Stir in Heinz® pouch and quinoa. Mix well.

Step 4

Use a portion to feed baby, then refrigerate remainder for another meal, or freeze in portions for later use.
Tip
Puree quinoa with vegetables if a smoother texture is required.
Try other vegetables like broccoli, zucchini, pumpkin or parsnip.
