Step 1
Place sweet potato in a small saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 6 minutes. Add broccoli to pan and cook a further 3-4 minutes or until tender. Drain, reserving some of the cooking liquid.
Step 2
Warm Heinz pouch in a jug of hot water.
Step 3
Puree vegetables with a handheld blender or in a food processor. Use reserved cooking water to achieve desired consistency if required.
Step 4
Spoon between 2 serving bowls and swirl half the Heinz® pouch between each. Use one for serving and refrigerate the other for a later meal.
